At Jade Fox Salon, we believe in being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We require 48-hours notice for cancellation or appointment rescheduling. The client is responsible for up to 100% of scheduled services fee if they no-show or cancel/reschedule after 48 hours.
Return Policy
We offer 30 days for product return or exchange on products purchased in-store.
